This Privacy Policy explains how SixSeven LLC ("we", "us") handles information in the Looksmaxx app ("the App"). By using the App, you agree to this Policy.

The short version

• Your facial analysis runs on your device — we don't upload your photos to analyze them.
• Your scans and results are stored on your device.
• We don't sell your personal data.
• You can delete your data anytime in Settings → Delete my data.

Information we process

1. Photos & face data. When you scan or upload a photo, the App uses your device camera or photo library. Facial landmark mapping and measurements are computed on your device using on-device machine learning (Google ML Kit). Your photos and results are stored locally on your device.
2. Onboarding details (optional). Goals, birth year, country, and sex/ethnicity (used to pick the right comparison references) are stored on your device to tailor results.
3. Subscriptions. Purchases are handled by our paywall/billing providers (Superwall and Google Play Billing), which may process purchase and device identifiers to manage access. We do not receive your card details.
4. Promo codes & optional cloud features. Redeeming a code (or using cloud features) connects to Google Firebase (Firestore) using anonymous authentication — which contains no name or email — to validate codes and, where enabled, sync your own data.
5. Support. If you email us, we receive your email address and message.
6. Diagnostics. We may use privacy-preserving stability/analytics tools.

How your face data is used

• Photos you capture or upload are used only to generate your facial analysis (scores, feature breakdown, routine).
• Up to 478 facial landmarks and related measurements are computed on your device and are not sent to us for processing.
• Your photos stay on your device. If cloud backup is enabled in a future version, photos/results would be stored in your own access-controlled storage tied to an anonymous ID, solely to sync your data.
• We never use your face for identifying other people, advertising, training public models, or sale to third parties.
• Delete your face data anytime via Settings → Delete my data.
